F1 is one of the newest varieties in coffee farming. This arabica hybrid comes from a cross between an Ethiopian variety and another called Sarchimor. The result is a productive plant but also an interesting cup profile.

The anaerobic process is a controlled fermentation method to enhance the flavors in coffee. In this case, Salazar´s family leaves the mucilage (honey) in the coffee beans, then ferment the coffee, and then dry it.

You can always expect high-quality coffee in every cup of Via Coffee.
