Shipping

All of our coffee is roasted to order Monday through Friday and we are currently working on a 2 to 4 business day processing time from the day you place your order to when we fulfill your order.

When you get an email letting you know your order has been fulfilled it means our team has already roasted, packed, and boxed up your order then slapped a shipping label on it. It may be waiting for a carrier to pick it up from the roastery. Don't worry! Orders get picked up 5 days a week by all of our carriers, if it didn't get picked up today it will be picked up the
following business day.

**Please note for the holidays, that carriers have modified pick up schedules

Please be sure to check the details of your shipment on your order confirmation email and reach out to hellodetourcoffee.com as we are able to update your address before the roasting stage. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure your address is correct for shipping. Any orders shipped to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense

Subscriptions

You can chose your dispatch day and change it at any time. At starting point, we send out your coffees atavays on the date that you signed up your subscription in the first place

The price advantages of our subscription vary. The average minimum price advantage is 25compared to single web orders. The highest discount can be achieved by booking a pre-paid term Subscription

Go to menu' and login to enter your account details Click on "Subscription manager on the left to edit your data You can change your address, pause and resume your coffee subscription.

Our coffee subscription is curated by our roast team. We dont offer individual coffee choices. Our seasonal subscription and low-caffeine subscription are two options on our menu.

Check out our Frequency Guide below! You can select how many times in a month you would like to receive a delivery Every week. 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks.

Our Subscriptions are available for Single Origin coffees, and House Blends coffees. They are available in a, 6 or 12 month subscription length and are shipped every 4 weeks.

Single Origin Gift Subscriptions are available for $110.0 (3 months) ,$210.00 (6 months), $410.00 (12 months).
House Blends Subscriptions available for $105.00 (3 months), $199.99 (6 months), $375.00 (12 months).

We also off the Detour Coffee Club as a 3 month subscription for $123.00.

Please ensure the recipient's address is included as the shipping address.

All changes can be done through your subscription portal if you're having any trouble, please reach out!

Our roast team selects the subscriber coffees every month. They are typically our latest releases and often microlots. When you are starting your subscription you can chose between espresso and filter roasts

Your subscription starts immediately. If you prefer a different start date you can send us an email and we will arrange it.

You can pause and resume your subscription at any point. Go to menu and login to enter your account details. Click on subscription manager on the left to edit your data.

Recurring Subscriptions are for you. They are ongoing and recur each billing period at the frequency you decide! You can Cancel your subscription at any time.
Gift Subscriptions are for your pals and loved ones. They are available in 3.6 or 12 month terms and your recipient will receive a delivery every 4 weeks. Gift subscriptions are paid in full at the time you place your order

Our Detour Coffee Club is available for $42. Single Origin Subscriptions is available for $38.50, and our House Blends Subscription is available for $36.50 and shipping is included in the price of all subscriptions.

Subscriptions for multiple recipients must be ordered individually. This allows us and you to manage your subscription easily and efficiently.

if you order the Detour Coffee Club with other items, they will all ship on the 15th together.

Changes to subscriptions must be applied prior to bring date. Orders that are confirmed are not eligible for exchange, cancellation or refund.
